Varsity Registration

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

September 4, 2023​

 

The fall season runs from September 5 to November 10, 2023.

​

To register:

​

1. Complete the Online Registration Process.

 

Click here, click “join” for the appropriate squad (Varsity Boys or Girls) and follow instructions to register. You will be asked to provide a credit card number or PayPal for the payment of $990 to complete registration.  

​

2. Download and complete the 2023-2024 Registration 
Packet. 

​

3. Renew the athlete's US Rowing membership and complete the online US Rowing waiver if either is not current.

​

4. All athletes must sign the Participation Agreement & Code of Conduct prior to the first day of practice, available here.

​

Need-based financial assistance is available:

Download the Financial Assistance Form prior to completing your online registration, and send to Lucy Pope at president@bcccrew.org.

Athletes must complete all steps above before they can begin practices. There will be no exceptions, and athletes will be benched by coaches if their registrations are not complete. Please submit completed materials in one packet to Rebecca Zarutskie at administrator@bcccrew.org.

All parents and athletes should subscribe to our listserv by clicking the link at bccrowing.groups.io

​

To register, complete these 3 steps:

​

1. Complete the Online Registration Process. 

 

Click here, click "join," and then follow the instructions. Note that the account holder will be the PARENT who completes the process.

 

You will be prompted to provide information about the Participant (Student Athlete) and additional parents/alternative emergency contacts, and provide a credit card number for the payment of $450.

 

2. Join USRowing and complete the online US Rowing waiver.

 

B-CC Crew is a nationally ranked scholastic program and member organization of USRowing. All novice and varsity team members are also required to be individual members of USRowing at the Championship level and e-sign a liability waiver in order to participate in our program. Please go http://www.usrowing.org/individual-membership/ and join the "Championship membership" category for a $45 annual fee. Click on Join & Renew at the top navigation, then click on Join & Renew again under the Championship option. Click Join in the Individuals category and then enter your athlete's name, birthdate, etc. Type B-CC to pull up our program and click to be sure your membership is linked. Please save the email confirmation you receive and make a note of your child's USRowing membership number for future renewals and waivers.

3. Download and complete the 2023-2024 Registration Packet

Make sure you have all necessary forms completed to submit together to Lisa Bleckner, B-CC Crew Administrator, via email to administrator@bcccrew.org.
