Varsity and Novice Registration

Middle School Program Registration

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

August 24 (varsity) September 10 (novice)

 

Varsity Season: August 24 - November 14

 

Novice Season: September 10 - Nov. 1​​​​​

1. Sign-up for the listserv @ bccrowing.groups.io​

​

2. Complete the Online Registration Process. Click here 

 

3. Join US Rowing (championship level) & complete the waiver. 

​

4. Complete 2026-27 Registration Packet Submit all forms to administrator@bcccrew.org. 

​​

5. Complete Participation Agreement & Code of Conduct here.

​

NOTE: Returning varsity do not need to complete the swim test. All athletes MUST complete the physical examination.

​

Need-based financial assistance is available:

Complete the Financial Assistance Form prior to completing your online registration, and send to Rachel White at president@bcccrew.org.

All steps above must be completed before athletes can begin practices. There will be no exceptions. If you have any questions, contact B-CC Crew Administrator, at administrator@bcccrew.org.

MIDDLE SCHOOL PROGRAM

September 12 to October 31

 

The middle school program is open to Westland and Silver Creek students and practices are held Saturdays from 9-11:30am at Thompson Boat Center in Georgetown.

8-Week Program: $400

 

First 4-Week Session: $250,

September 12, 19, 26 and October 3

 

Second 4-Week Session: $250,

October 10, 17, 24 and 31

 

All participants—whether enrolled in the 4-week or 8-week program—will have the opportunity to race in the Novice/Middle School Regatta on the Potomac River on October 31.

 

Space is limited. Register early!

TO REGISTER, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. Complete the Payment Process HERE.. 
     

  2. Complete these necessary forms:
     

  • US Rowing Waiver. For insurance purposes, all of our participants must sign a USRowing waiver. Please follow this link to complete the form; leave member # blank)

  • B-CC Crew Swim Proficiency Form.  Click on this B-CC Crew Swim Proficiency Form link, print it out, and have it completed by any lifeguard at the pool of your choice to ensure that your child is safe on the water.
