Novice Registration
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
March 2, 2025
March 2 to May 24, 2025

To register:
​
1. Complete the Online Registration Process. Click here.
​
2. Download and complete the 2024-2025 Registration Packet.
​​
3. Make sure your US Rowing membership and waiver are up-to-date.
​​
4. Sign the Participation Agreement & Code of Conduct prior to the first day of practice, available here.

Need-based financial assistance is available:
Download the Financial Assistance Form prior to completing your online registration, and send to Rachel White at president@bcccrew.org.

Athletes must complete all steps above before they can begin practices. There will be no exceptions, and athletes will be benched by coaches if their registrations are not complete. Please submit completed materials in one packet to Rebecca Zarutskie at administrator@bcccrew.org.

March 2 to May 4 (all novices); and May 17 for athletes selected for Stotesbury participation.​​​​

To register:

1. Complete the Online Registration Process. Click here then follow the instructions. Note that the account holder will be the PARENT who completes the process.
2. Join US Rowing and and complete the waiver. You must join at the Championship level.

3. Download and complete the 2024-2025 Registration Packet
Make sure you have all necessary forms completed to submit together to Rebecca Zarutskie, B-CC Crew Administrator, via email to administrator@bcccrew.org.

4. All athletes must sign the Participation Agreement & Code of Conduct prior to the first day of practice, available here.
