If you are interested in crew and did not participate in our previous sessions this fall, be sure to get doctor’s appointment for your medical clearance ASAP (form in the Novice Packet below).

​

All parents and athletes should also subscribe to our listserv by clicking the link at bccrowing.groups.io.

​

To register, complete these steps:

​

1. Complete the Online Registration Process. 

 

Click here, click "join," and then follow the instructions. Note that the account holder will be the PARENT who completes the process.

 

You will be prompted to provide information about the Participant (Student Athlete) and additional parents/alternative emergency contacts, and provide a credit card number for the payment of $250 (for Session 5).

2. Download and complete:

1. Participation Agreement & Student Code of Conduct for Athletes and Parents/Guardians  

2. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability Related to COVID-19 

3. Consent to Participate, Waiver of Liability, and Use of Images 

 

3. Download and complete the Swim Certification Form.

4. For new novices: Join USRowing and complete the online US Rowing waiver.

 

B-CC Crew is a nationally ranked scholastic program and member organization of USRowing. All novice and varsity team members are also required to be individual members of USRowing at the Championship level and e-sign a liability waiver in order to participate in our program. Please go http://www.usrowing.org/individual-membership/ and join the "Championship membership" category for a $45 annual fee. Click on Join & Renew at the top navigation, then click on Join & Renew again under the Championship option. Click Join in the Individuals category and then enter your athlete's name, birthdate, etc. Type B-CC to pull up our program and click to be sure your membership is linked. Please save the email confirmation you receive and make a note of your child's USRowing membership number for future renewals and waivers.

5. For new novices: Download and complete the Spring 2021 Registration Packet.

​

Make sure you have all necessary forms completed to submit together via email to administrator@bcccrew.org.

Download the Financial Assistance Form prior to completing your online registration, and send to Lucy Pope at president@bcccrew.org.

Athletes must complete all steps above before they can begin practices. There will be no exceptions, and athletes will be benched by coaches if their registrations are not complete. Please submit completed materials in one packet to administrator@bcccrew.org.
